Sabrina Boutin has worked nearly 15 years in the health care sector and 8 years in the public and private sectors as a professional in service and at an executive level. Her expertise relates to the management of multidisciplinary teams, project management and the realization of social innovations projects supported by technologies and digital approaches in partnership with various collaborators. Working in diverse economic sectors (health, education, silver economy), she uses a mobilizing force drawn from design thinking, social and service design partnering with many organizations (private, public, businesses, community, philanthropic and research), which enabled her to carry out multiple initiatives. Sabrina has developed strategic skills and abilities, through collective approaches, while realizing and supporting Living Labs and Centers of Expertise, using participatory and inclusive strategies. Her field of practice involves documenting the impacts of an organizational and digital transformation, as well as reflecting on the required conditions for the scaling-up of initiatives and planning their sustainability. Regularly invited as a guest speaker, Sabrina has worked for the MUHC, the CHUM, Vanier and John-Abbott Colleges, the University of Montreal and CEFRIO.
